Leticia Altamirano
Preschool Coordinator
Leticia joined Church of the Saviour in 2006 and became a staff member in 2019. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Ateneo de Manila University and has earned both a master's degree in Educational Psychology and a Ph.D. in Educational Systems Development with a concentration in Instructional Design, from Michigan State University. She is married to Rudie, an Elder at COS, and together they have three adult daughters—Brigida, Bianca, and Brinina. Leticia is also a proud grandmother to Lily Grace, the daughter of Brigida and her husband Adam. She enjoys traveling with Rudie and spending quality time with her family, especially her daughters and granddaughter.
Drew Angus
Executive Pastor
Drew came to Church of the Saviour in 2017 and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from LaSalle University, a Master of Arts degree in New Testament and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Missional Leadership from Missio Seminary. Drew is married to Ann who is from Ireland and Scotland. Drew and Ann, have two adult sons. Luke is married to Courtney, and they have two adored kids: Lily and baby Milo. Caleb and Eliza are happily married. Drew enjoys anything outdoors, animal husbandry, biking, and stand-up comedy.
Cindy Casey
Operations & Finance Director
Cindy has been working at Church of the Saviour since 2011. Cindy and her husband Glenn serve in Kids Ministry and their passion is sharing the truth of Jesus’ love and what he did for us with their Sunday School class and Awana Cubbies. They love to spend time in Cape May and Lancaster and enjoy taking motorcycle trips through the countryside.
Stephen Chang
Family Pastor
Since November 2018, Stephen Chang has served as the Family Pastor at COS. He and his wife Sarah are proud parents to two energetic boys and a sweet baby girl. Raised in sunny California as a pastor’s kid, Stephen earned his Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and is currently working towards his Doctor of Ministry. When he’s not watching MMA, Stephen and Sarah love to hunt down the latest food spots.
Jon Christman
College/Next Gen Pastor
Jon joined Church of the Saviour in 2024. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Duke Law School, and Westminster Theological Seminary. He practiced law for more than ten years before following the Lord’s call to pastoral ministry. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Allison, and they have one daughter, Lizzy. He spends his Saturday afternoons watching Notre Dame football and his Saturday evenings either celebrating or grieving the results.
Jill Curcuruto
Business Manager
Jill joined the COS staff in 2023 as the Business Manager. Jill and her husband Gino and their four children live in the City of Philadelphia where they planted a church of which Gino is the pastor. The Curcurutos love gathering with their community, hiking, reading, and participating in the joy and anguish that is following Philly sports teams.
Jim Dougherty
Worship Pastor
Jim returned to the COS staff team in April of 2018. After growing up at COS, God called him into full time ministry here for a season where he met his wife Erica in 2002. They now live in King of Prussia with their four beautiful children, Judson, Joseph, Maggie and Grace. When he’s not leading our music teams or the men’s ministry, he enjoys writing, woodworking, and all things Philly sports.
Kevin Flannery
Senior Pastor
Kevin has been senior pastor since 2015. His schooling includes a BA from Texas A&M, two master's degrees (Counseling & Divinity) and a Doctor of Ministry. Kevin has been married to his wife, Cheryl, since 1991 and they have one extraordinary daughter, McKenzie, who is married with two young sons.
Lorraine LEwin
Heritage School Director
Lorraine has been a member of Church of the Saviour since she and her husband were married here in 1994. Lorraine has three grown children and enjoys reading, playing pickleball, skiing, and engaging in arts and crafts. She holds a BS in Elementary Education and a MA in Reading instruction. Lorraine is currently the Director of Heritage School, a preschool and kindergarten, located on the church campus and a ministry of Church of the Saviour. Heritage School has a 44-year history of serving our community and sharing the love of Christ while educating young minds.
Tony Loro
Facilities Manager
Tony joined the Church of the Saviour team in 2024. With a Specialization in Business & Finance from Wharton and extensive experience as a manager focused on leadership, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role. An ordained minister and former volunteer firefighter, Tony is dedicated to serving his community. He and his wife, Brittany, share a joyful and supportive marriage. In his free time, Tony enjoys hiking, gardening, and staying active through a variety of outdoor activities.

Director of Global Outreach
Leigha joined staff in 2024 after serving in remote Sumatra for fourteen years. She graduated from Messiah College and earned a master's in ministry leadership while working at Cincinnati Christian University. Leigha met her college sweetheart, Luke, in the Philippines, and they have three amazing children who were raised and homeschooled in Indonesia. Things that give life to her include cooking for people, traveling, gardening, house projects, and going for walks with the family pup.
Beverly Moore
Organist
Beverly started her first job as an organist and choir director at age 15 and by her senior year in college was the main organist at Wannamaker’s, playing 3 shows a day! She studied under the acclaimed Dr. Virgil Fox at Riverside Church in NYC. Beve was the organist/recitalist at The Great Auditorium at Ocean Grove and has been blessing us with her playing at Church of the Saviour since 1992! She loves the people at COS and loves playing for her Lord!
Diana Postevka
Worship Ministry Associate
Diana has been passionate about worship since childhood and has been involved in it for as long as she can remember. At just 15, she began serving as a choir conductor. She holds a bachelor’s degree in choir conducting from the Ukrainian National Tchaikovsky Academy of Music and a master’s degree in music education from Dragomanov Ukrainian State University. She’s been happily married to her husband, Nick, since 2012, and together they’re raising two wonderful kids, Erika and Mark. As a family, they love exploring the outdoors, spending time hiking and cycling through beautiful landscapes filled with mountains, forests, and the ocean.
Katerina s. Rodgers
Kids Ministry Director
Katerina and her family have been part of our church since 2012, she became a member in 2017 and has worked at Church of the Saviour since 2018. Her son is at Penn State and her daughter at Rice University. She has a bachelor’s in risk management & statistics with 10+ years of corporate experience and education experience/training as a preschool teacher. She loves traveling, music/theatre/concerts, meeting new people, cooking, and sharing Christ’s love with kids. She is widowed and recently remarried.
David Rogel
Media Arts Manager
David grew up in Waynesboro, Virginia, but moved to Philadelphia in 2002. He joined the Church of the Saviour staff in 2007 and has been supporting the ministries’ audio/visual needs ever since then. He plays various musical instruments in his free time, and lives with his wife Melissa in Lansdowne.
Paul Rogers
Maintenance Manager
The Lord saved Paul's soul at age 15 and he is grateful for the hills and valleys God has ordained for him and thankful He walks through them alongside him.
Paul has 4 children through adoption and 5 grandkids. His education is in medical illustration, and he served at a university hospital for 3 decades. Paul currently writes and illustrate children’s books.

Janice Shehan
Nursery Coordinator
Janice has been part of the COS Staff Team since 1994. She first came to COS as a college student, Janice and her husband Larry were married at COS, and their daughter Brigid has attended since she was 2 weeks old! Janice loves spending summers with her family at the beach in Ocean City, NJ, reading, listening to jazz music, and being the team mom for the sports teams that Brigid coaches. Her favorite Bible verses are Romans 8:38-39.
Craig Tanis
Campus Manager
Craig grew up next to the Everglades near Miami, FL where he learned a strong appreciation for nature and the outdoors. After moving to Newtown Square in middle school he attended Delaware County Christian School until graduation. He began attending Church of the Saviour shortly after his graduation from (now) Calvin University. At that time, he also started a local contracting business until joining the COS staff in 2021. Craig has a beautiful wife, a daughter and two sons. He enjoys coaching sports and winter backpacking and snowshoeing in the Adirondacks.
Wendy Walters
Women's Ministry & Community Group Director
Wendy, a native of Wayne, was introduced to Church of the Savior in 1988 which spurred her love of Jesus and brought her to a saving faith. She and her husband Russ have three young adult children. Her career began as an environmental engineer. After raising her young family, she earned an MDiv and finds great joy in connecting with others to encourage life-giving, gospel-centered community. When not in church, you’ll find her enjoying time with her family, walking, hiking, biking, and swimming near Lake George in the Adirondacks of New York.
Evan Wildermuth
Communications Associate
Evan has been working at COS since 2021 after graduating from Eastern University where he studied Communications with a focus in Digital & Emerging Media. While at Eastern, Evan was a jumper on the Track & Field team and was lucky enough to be a team captain. Evan, his wife Kenzie, and their son love taking family walks and spending time together. Go Eagles, Phillies, and Real Madrid!
Julia Yang
Ministry Coordinator
Julia joined the COS staff team in 2023, shortly after relocating from Taiwan, the beautiful island in East Asia where she was raised. She serves as a community group leader for student ministry, where she enjoys spending time with young lives. Julia is married to Jason, and they love to travel and visit friends around the world.
